UllC respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

UllC is the data controller for the processing described below.

What we process, and why

Contact form & Waste Hunter calculator. When you submit a form, we receive the data you enter — typically your name, email address, company, your message, and (for the Waste Hunter) the estimates you provide. This data is sent by email to our mailbox (info@ullc.be). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on a potential collaboration.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not store your form data in a database. This website has no database and no user accounts. Your submission exists only as an email in our mailbox.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics in cookieless mode. It collects aggregated, anonymised usage statistics (page views, country-level region, device type) and does not use cookies or track you individually. No consent banner is required because no cookies are placed and no personal profiles are built.

Booking a call. If you book a call, you are taken to an external scheduling service (linked from this site). That service processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Who receives your data (processors)

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Resend (resend.com) — delivers the form submission to our mailbox. Resend acts as a processor; transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics.
  • Microsoft 365 — hosts our mailbox, where your enquiry ultimately resides.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 24 months. If we enter into an engagement, relevant correspondence may be retained as part of the business records for the legally required period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@ullc.be — we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

No automated decision-making

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this statement when the website or our processing changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
