About · Koen Goos
I find the money your IT is quietly wasting.
I'm Koen Goos, an independent IT-governance consultant based in Belgium. After years in enterprise architecture and IT leadership — designing systems, running transformations, sitting through more steering committees than I care to count — I kept seeing the same pattern: IT budgets don't leak through bad technology. They leak through ungoverned decisions. Meetings that decide nothing. Licences nobody uses. Approval chains that cost more than the risks they prevent.

So I built a method for it. Dynamic Value Stream Governance (DVSG) treats your IT spend as value streams that can be measured, governed and corrected — and the Waste Hunter on this site is its front door: a way to see, in minutes, what the pattern costs you.
How I work: fixed scope, fixed price, board-ready output. No day-rate meters, no land-and-expand. You get a number, a prioritised plan, and a readout your CFO can act on. If a sprint or retainer makes sense afterwards, the pricing is on the table from day one — and if it doesn't, the diagnostic stands on its own.
I work with Belgian organisations from ±15 to 250 FTE — mostly owner-led companies where the person I report to is the person who signs. Alongside the consultancy, I build Sentiense, an ambient smart-home venture — because I believe the best governance thinking comes from people who still build things themselves.
